Our 50/50 package is where we will use the home owners own furniture with the mix of our furniture in making the perfect space.  This package is Perfect for home owners that are on a tight budget but are looking to  modernize their space.  

One of our Experts will visit your home and suggest what needs to be done to get your home sold!    We will go through the entire home and  create a check list  of recommendations and improvements to help maximize your space .  Most of our homes sell within 30 days.
